a lot of your colleagues across other states are trying to do similar things, the governor of indiana trying to get folks and businesses from illinois and the governor from ohio trying to get folks from both of those states and bragging about lower tax rates and better business environment. who wednesday in a contest? >>guest: florida wins. if you look at our tax rates, business tax, the 5th lowest. the four lower are dakotas and wyoming and alaska. new york is number 49. we are of the opinion limited number one. with regard to regulation we are dramatically beggar -- better than new york. we are number one in the country for teacher quality. work first training we are number one in the country is if you think what is important to businesses and their customers so they, the business can do better, clearly florida is a better choice. >>neil: why do you have to make the haul to new yorkst you could have gone to any of the southern states but some of them have lower rates and better business environments than you, right? south carolina? why not make the pitch there? >>guest: well, first
